You would need to be mental to swap JM for BR. You could only swap him for a proven winner, at domestic and Champions League level. What has Rogers actually won in his career?
Your season is pretty much a write-off at this stage. So if I were a Chelsea fan I'd want Jose kept until you're out of all the cups, and then maybe get rid of him.
