Another footballing we !

Sorry i mean no offence but why would any pro footballer want to go & play in china for other than money ?

Great business for Chelsea mind, but you really have to question a players pride & desire to decide to ply their trade in a nothing sub standard football arena.

Very disappointed he has left but I can't complain about the fee. Always been a good, hard-working player. Jose was a big fan so his departure probably played quite a big part in Ramires' decision to go.

That goal against Barcelona is probably one of the biggest moments in the history of the club but cannot forget some crackers against Palace, City, Newcastle & Leicester either.

Farewell Rami!

Yes, yes it is. This one is on a par with the completely ridiculous Luiz deal if you ask me.

I'm sure there's some kind of international-money-laundering-dodginess by the back door going on, I just can't figure out what.

Pass the tinfoil.

Surely nothing so cynical as Roman agreeing to give the Chinese £Xm worth of business/bribes via Russia in return for agreeing to buy Ramires for £Xm more than he's worth to help with FFP?!

I certainly think there's money being passed around in football between owners which has nothing to do with the football... yes

The music just suits it perfectly. That goal alone must have been worth Torres' transfer fee

I'm shocked, I just can't believe you think that Mr Abramovich may be involved in something thats that's not 100% honest.

So far it's like playing FIFA on beginner difficulty (and just like when I play on beginner difficulty the opposition still manage to score with their only attack)

Team are looking a lot happier and more confident as well. Look at how Costa laughed with Oscar after he tried to poach that goal; they knew they'd get more chances. A month ago they'd have been at eachother's throats. Great to see Loftus-Cheek and Traore getting a run out and playing like they had a point to prove as well

That shirt looks clean.

Oh yes, that's the game he didn't play and turned up to watch in his kit.

Aaron Ramsey was on A League of Their Own the other day and he said he'd absolutely do the same. Eventually people will forget he didn't actually play and he'll be in the historical photos etc. Ramsey would've done it if he missed either FA Cup final he said (I think).

I'd do it, and I can't blame Terry for doing it. He was and is instrumental for Chelsea and definitely was during that Champs League campaign. At the time it seemed laughable, but not now. I wish politics didn't end his England career so fast.

Eta: IMO Pato will be another Falcao. Pato was at his best years ago for Milan, he peaked early and went downhill to be shipped off to Brazil. I don't understand Chelsea signing him tbh. He was amazing, but not now.
