The Official Chelsea Thread [Vol 2]
Discussion
I'm a Leicester fan and (through gritted teeth) loving watching Kante doing well with Chelsea.
You always worry when a star player leaves for one of the big teams, whether he's going to get swallowed up and disappear. But he's taken another step on, improved again, and has clearly slotted in perfectly.
Great to see him scoring as well!
Was gutted he went and we've missed him massively, but could hardly blame him

10 men, injuries, suspensions but José needs no help conjuring up excuses. 90% of the second period was played in the Utd half.
Totally outclassed them.
Spurs will be tricky. We're used to Wembley, having earned the right to play there on many occasions, whilst Spurs have paid to play there and still not got used to it. Still I'd rate it 51:49 in our favour.

We couldn't afford to buy trophies so we had to resort to paying the FA to play there Sending off ruined any competitive element to the game, Pogba was useless and no Zlatan means no attacking threat. Semi should be an interesting one.
Personally I'd never boo Jose or call him Judas due to what he did for Chelsea. However, there have been a number of digs against the club and Conte and to suggest Mata's departure was nothing to do with the way he was treated was laughable. Happy to dish it out but expects no one to say a word. So the reaction of some yesterday was understandable!
One final point - does anyone remember what he said about Lampard joining City?
'When you decide to go to a direct competitor to Chelsea, the love stories are over'
