Good morning all.
I'm a long term lurker of the football forums and wonder whether anyone can give me travel advice to get to Stamford Bridge?
I have a ticket to the match today, but the last time I actually went to the Bridge was when George Weah scored the winner. I couldn't drive back then, but plan to drive down today from Cambridge, either M11 or A1(m). I want to drive to a train station which then has a relatively easy train and/or tube ride to the ground.
If anyone has any tips, I will be very grateful
Could you please keep attending home and away, you seem to have delivered a much needed bit of bad luck. I'm a long term lurker of the football forums and wonder whether anyone can give me travel advice to get to Stamford Bridge?

The most one sided defeat for ages, especially first half we were playing some really good stuff- Hazard was on fire. But it was just one of those days when it doesn't happen in front of goal, even the obvious penalty handball in the first half didn't go our way. Hat's off to big Sam's Palace for grinding out some bonus escape points. If we had been crap then I would be concerned but keep the faith, we'll be fine.

Thanks again all.
I had a great day, despite losing my bets!
Journey was very good both ways, lovely sunshine and went to Fulham Broadway as I left home later than planned, so got to hear a short rendition of glad all over off the tube.
Also bumped into Chopper Harris and Gary Chivers. Both seemed like very decent chaps.
The Palace fans were in fine voice throughout, even at one nil down. They made for a good atmosphere.
Weah's winner on my last visit to the Bridge actually came on his debut against my side, but sorry BCM and Mickk, I don't think I can make Wednesday night!
