While he may have at least some ability, it would drive me mad TBH. That is excellent news and I imagine 60k is about perfick. It also warms the cockles of my heart that we're not building a supermarket as part of the expansion.

A valid point, 60k just isn't enough really. I wonder if there is still additional capacity for another 10-15k at some point in the future?
