Excellent addition for Palace. Experienced, quality and still only 29.

You've got some real quality in him, if he's anywhere close to how he was for us.

Enjoy him.

Liverpool fan here.

Palace are starting to look like a good side, and I think cabaye will be a great signing. If you end up with Austin too you shouldn't be short of goals and entertainment :-)

That'll do...not perfect by any stretch but 3 points all the same. Bring on the Arse!

It's going to be a long season (they all are!) but Sunday will br a great test against a very good team. Arsenal have many fantastic players and the loss against Wet Spam last weekend is most definitely a blip. Let's hope for another blip on Sunday, but don't expect it!

Almost nicked a point from the Arse. We showed that we can mix it with the big boys, just need to gel a bit more and find our feet. I think Pards has a hard job choosing his starting 11. Would like to see Jedi back for McArthur, Sunday was just a bit too attacking in my opinion. Souare looks class going forward and as for Cabaye....that's the best £10 mill Palace has ever spent!

I have to disagree re McArthur, I thought he played very well. I would like to see Jedi back, but maybe by moving Cabaye forward. We have great strength in depth, although I wouldnt be totally surprised if both Jedi and Ledley (and Gayle + Bolasie) are all gone next month. Not too sure yet about Lee particularly and Mutch, less so. Also Macarthy in goal looked a good prospect, unlike last week....

...But the fact that we ran Arsenal close is incredible for all of us who've been following Palace for years. Bring on Villa!

It was a well deserved win by a team more in form than Chelsea.

Not being funny, but if we can get three points from a game when we play as poorly as that then we should be safe this season smile

As a Watford fan, I have to say I think Palace played really well. Came with a game plan to disrupt our attack which worked magnificently. Plus Palace are the only team to have scored at Vicarage Road this season (and only the 2nd to beat us along with Man City). Anyone who has done their homework knows we have no plan B, and so it was shown.

Grrrrrr - I really don't like Palace hehe

What a fantastic win today, played really well, 21 shots on goal. Cabaye with another clinical penalty. Sitting on 3rd place for at least 2hrs smile
