Phew...

Nice to see Jason give birth to a baby girl seconds after his goal!

Good point but should have go all 3 points near the very end of the game. We played below par and still got a point though.

Looks like a patchwork team fielded tonight by Pardew who's looking to focus on the Wembley game on Sunday. Pretty much a non-game this evening.

I wouldn't even bring myself to watch the game for more than a couple of minutes at a time. We look poor.

Genuinely concerned about next season.

It was a weakend squad and clearly focusing on the game a t Wembley on Sunday. Next season is another story, summer transfer window will tell all.

Totally agree. Last night's game meant nothing. I'm surprised Cabaye and Zaha played and it was a predictably poor performance, as was Everton's and (dare I say) Watford's.

Sunday is going to be very close, I guess one team will turn up on the day. extra time very likely IMHO.

The summer transfer market is crucial as Palace need to clear out some of the players who just aren't making any impact and replace them with upgrades. I just hope our scouting system is good enough to compete with those clubs who we consider our peers these days. And I hope Bright*n don't get promoted...

So proud. Deserved victory, in fairness Palace were better in every position. Now, how am I going to get a ticket?

It's done on a points system. Are you a season ticket holder?

...I was, for many years, before dropping out and 'retiring' to France. No chance of getting any points! But I'll see what I can do as yesterday was the first major game I've missed in many years. I also went to all the other FA cup semis plus numerous away games, supported Palace since 1967, but sadly that all counts for nowt these days frown

Great performance, especially 2nd half. Stoke's Charlie Adams should have seen a red card on more than one occasion, absolutely dangerous play by him and the referee should have removed him from the game. STill, guaranteed PL next season and a nice FA cup final at Wmbley to look forward to no matter what the score ends up being smile

The first half was awful from us....seems Pards needs 45 minutes to realise what team to play! Wickham was dreadful, Gayle was great. Wilf was presented with player of the season award from the Fanatics....shows what they know about Palace. Scotty Dann was our player of the season hands down.....in my opinion. Yes, mid table and an Fs cup final to look forward to, I'd have taken that ache start of the season. If we win its gonna be fun having to pay Europa cup qualifiers in July

Well, most Man Utd 'fans' have avoided talking about the game in the hope of making it an 'unimportant' competition, so if they lose they can say that it didn't matter anyway. However, under the covers they are desperate for the silverware as they have nothing to show this season (or for mny seasons before) even after spending huge money yet again on wages. Qualifying for Europa league is just that, they haven't won it and have a good chance next season of getting knocked out early. If we lose on Saturday, it certainly doesn't matter for Palace as it's been a great road to the final, if we win, then we get something new for the club, both silverware and a place in European football next season. The final also puts Palace on the soccer map of the world because unlike those UK fans whose clubs failed to make the final, there will be millions of people watching the game worldwide, because it's the FA cup final (which is still hugely popular overseas) and the Man Utd brand being involved.

Win, win stuation for Palace even before the first ball has been kicked on Saturday. Nothing to lose at all for Palace, just a superb occassion to enjoy.
