What's your worry.
It's 1 month till we play our first game away at Forest.
Ok, so only having 8 contracted players, coaches that haven't actually signed any contracts and a manager that hasn't spoken to the press since the day he was announced as manager (11th June).
I think it's time to start to worry.
KO saying he was changing his ways, somebody was taking the p**s

I'm not a Blackpool fan, but for any supporter of a championship team this is a very sorry state of affairs. You have my sympathy pool fans....
I am as I was from there and brother lives in PoultonIts a complete mess the local paper has been amazingly quiet only actually kicking into life when the national media covered it
Latest is Riga is effectively over ruled his signing requests being vetoed. They are trialling and (signing/ attempting to sign) the usual cast offs and loanies
As we say its just more of the same old same old

Then there's that article on the published accounts and where all the money that should have built a legacy for the club has really gone. I've linked it here.
Sickening.
and then there were 9
Edited to add :- and then there were 10
Edited to add :- and then there were 11! but still no keeper
We've made a signing, no. 3 of the day!
Jacob Mellis and Tomasz Cywka have both signed subject to medicals tomorrow. Mellis has been training with the club for a couple of weeks, not sure about Cywka.
Don't know much about either player other than they were at Barnsley last season, so I make that 3 of our last 4 signings have been from Barnsley (we signed David Perkins back in January). A team that got relegate last season.
3rd signing of the day - return of Peter Clarke (subject to medical). Was at Blackpool for 2 years (2004-2006), before signing for Southend, and has spent the last 5 years at Huddersfield. Was released at the end of last season.
All signed on one year deals with an option for another 1 year. We are obviously building for the future again by offering them 1 year contracts!

A Barnsley fan described perkins as 'as much use as a dog chasing an empty greggs bag around a park'
I'm working on the assumption he wont miss him then.....
He was one of our best players last season, I thought he was excellent. If you are the only one really putting in any amount of effort in a team of 11 then it is probably easy to appear like a dog chasing a carrier bag though (brilliant analogy!).I'm working on the assumption he wont miss him then.....
