Apparently youre now after Gary Madine from my lot .

he's pants and in his 3 year tenure with us managed an 18 month stretch for assault. Waste of a footballer. Best of luck with that one......

So the latest accounts have been published. These cover up to the end of last season.

Key points from a guy who looks into them each year - http://measuredprogress.co.uk/uncategorized/blackp...

Pre-tax profit increased from £5.9m to £9.45m
Football-related expenditure decreased from £9.84m to £8.40m
Loans from Blackpool Football Club Limited to Segesta Limited increased from £23.7m to £27.7m
Belokon loans remain the same, with £7.27m remaining outstanding
Loans from Segesta Limited to related companies increased from £1.2m to £3m
Segesta Limited’s accounts were signed off on a qualified basis by the auditor
Director pay dropped from £568k to £69k
Hotel losses narrowed from £182k to £94k
Segesta purchase property for £1.657m, plus initial deposit of £165.7k

But we with have plenty of money (somewhere - just not in the football club). Shame we are 18points from safety. Wonder if KO still thinks we are the envy of the football league.

Hideous. Absolutely fcensoredg hideous.

Been on the cards from the second Belokon stopped picking up the tab.

Whilst the Oystains remain in charge there is simply no football club and I feel awful for those duped into the 2 year 'deal'.

On our previous relegations I've been gutted, and occasionally had some dust in my eye. We were skint living hand to mouth and promotion and relegation are part of the games.

When we got relegated from the Prem. I was proud, with how we played all season, especially the first half, and how I laughed at the all those experts that predicted that we wouldn't get more than 10pts.

This time I'm furious This is all down to one person. How I hoped, when he said that he wouldn't make the same mistakes again. I hoped that would be less loan players, players given longer contracts etc. What we got was the total opposite. We apparently used 51players. I heard a stat a few games back that we had started every game with a different starting 11.

Somebody has put Koko's mobile number up on twitter.

And just to make it worse it looks like PNE are going to get promoted and Fleetwood could make the play-offs!

Its very sad to see what is happening to the club. Watching you guys get promoted to the Prem and then how you performed while there was a breath of fresh air and showed how team spirit and effort meant you guys could mix it with the big teams.

Since you got relegated it seems to have gone from bad to worse. Has there been any comment from the chairmen on what his plans for the club? Is he deliberately trying to ruin it? Seems a strange way to run the club...

It seems very similar to the issues at Coventry City. The owners see it as a way to make money but aren't willing to invest.

Owned by a convicted rapist, were sponsored by a morally dubious payday lender but now lost that sponsorship, bottom of the league, getting relegated, concede average of 2 goals per game, score one goal every 1.3 games, little player loyalty because they are on loan, sell replica kits for a quarter of the price of other Championship clubs.

fk me I think I like you.

How are you going to turn that lot around?

On the positive side, someone said that rock bottom is a great foundation to build on.

Best wishes for next season.

I was going to give this Saturdays #Judgementday protest a miss, but after KOKOs latest stunt I think I shall be attending.

2 supporters groups have organised a big protest (plenty of fans from other clubs should be attending as well) and the focal point is to be the Stan Mortensen statue. But the Club Company have removed the statue, leaving just the brick plinth. Apparently also threats of trespass if you approach it.

Police are denying they have anything to do with the removal.

I know football fans can be idiots at times, but the one thing I have never seen or heard of is a clubs statues being damaged.

Saturday (2nd May) is also the anniversary of our 1953 FA Cup win, where of course a certain Stan Mortensen scored a hat trick, and still the only player to score a hat trick in an FA Cup final @ Wembley

Didn't realise what was going on at Blackpool until I read the story, a few days ago, about the owner suing fans left, right and centre for facebook, twitter and forum comments. That's crazy.

The boring sods at the Football League have decided that the game is not to be replayed.

Football League said:
The Board of The Football League will consider the result of the match, and any other matters relating to it that are within its remit, at its next meeting on May 14. In doing so, it will take into the account the observations of both clubs.
That should be an interesting meeting with KO being on the FL Board. Would think we will get the book thrown at us, although I would much prefer them to throw it at KO. They will want to make an example so to deter other fans from doing it. So I would expect a points deduction and a big fine, not that would make any difference to this season. I wonder if the rules allow for points deduction for next season.

I think the club will be in front of the FA and FL quite often next season. I wonder if the police at away grounds will be as laid back as our local police were on Saturday. If KO isn't going to spend the £m's that the club Company has on the team/infrastructure we might as well force him to give it to the FA/FL.

So anyone going to get a season ticket for next season @ £295?

Damn it.

We will not go in the record books as the worst team in Championship history.

The football league has decided that the abandoned match against Huddersfield be recorded as 0-0 (the score at the time). So we are only the equal worst along with Stockport County from the 2001/02 season.

We've also been charged with failing to fulfil a fixture and the matter will be heard by a Football Disciplinary Commission in due course. Although I suppose the Disciplinary Commission could remove points so we would become the worst. They will have to remove points to act as a deterrent for anyone else thinking of causing an abandonment. Just think if at the last game of the season you need a point for automatic promotion, invade the pitch and cause the game to be abandoned.

Just checked last seasons League 1 table and 46 abandon games looks like it will not be sufficient to keep us up this coming season.

In other news being sued can work both ways. KO's son Sam has had to pay out £20k to a fan for a twitter post last February.

Oyston may have had success getting money from some of our fans by taking/threatening legal action, they did lose a couple also.

Today was the first of 2 big cases being taken by the club President Valeri Belokon. This actually took place in December, with the Judge giving judgement today. It was to do with money owed to Mr Belokon for the loans made by him for the funding to build the South stand. He loaned something like £5m but only received £181k back out of profits. Cannot get my head around what the case is fully about, but the main thing is that Belokon won. Looks like the Oystons/Segesta Ltd (parent company of BFC) could end up owing something £2-3m. Accountants now have to work out the actual figure.

From a BFC fans forum
'Fans Forum post' said:
The defendant who has lost this case is Segesta (now BFC Properties), so you have to wonder how they may go about settling the costs.

As of the last accounts, which to be fair are now wildly out of date to 31st May 2015, cash at bank for Segesta / BFC Properties (not the whole consolidated group) was in the region of £4.25m. The subsidiary BFC Ltd had around £9m.

It wouldn't be that far-fetched to assume the cash at bank figure could have decreased with possible further loans out to other entities or other acquisitions of land, etc being made.

Therefore, it's possible that Segesta (BFC Properties) would have to get yet another loan from BFC Ltd in order to pay the costs on this, which would be some sort of sick irony. Remember, Segesta (BFC Properties) already owes BFC Ltd £28.2m.
Segesta / BFC Properties Ltd. is the parent company and owns all the land (Bloomfield Rd, Training Ground, Lease on the travel lodge across the road from Bloomfied Road) etc. This company is owned almost entity by Owen Oyston

BFC Ltd is basically the football team entity which received all the Premier League money etc. Mr Belokon owns 20%, Segesta / BFC Properties owns the rest except for a couple of % that are owned by fans etc.

There is a second bigger case being taken by Mr Belokon in the summer for 'unfair prejudice' to a shareholder. Millions of pounds have been transferred form BFC Ltd to Segesta / BFC Properties Ltd. and then unsecured loans made to other Oyston and associate companies. Even in one years accounts the auditor added a note about uncertainty of these loans being able to be repaid.

Think I will have a few drink tonight.
