That is what I mean though, he's obviously a very good player but considering he has 150 caps for Barca and 60 caps for Spain I really don't see what is that great about him. I think Yaya Touré is a much better DM.

He's reading of the game is second to none. He also has the ability to turn defense into attack in a single pass. The role in which he is used, means these two attributes are essential. He's not an Inesta or Messi, he does a lot of the ugly work which can go unnoticed. But he's bloody good at what he does.
He's the modern day DM. A 'holding midfielder' one of the very best around

I remember a while back there was that chat about the Barca shirt being too sacred to be adorned with a sponsor, hence Unicef (who apparently Barca were paying).
