Not sure if serious. Obviously they need reminding if someone is still biting players? Has that been lost on you? It happened just a few days ago.

I'd guessed 10 before reading the thread & finding out that was his actual penalty. Personally I think 6 months, all competitions would have been more suitable. Personally I think the FA/SFA need to remove all fines from both players & clubs and go for bans/point deductions only - it's the only fair way given the differences in resources between clubs.
