I'd say £45M due to his age. Potentially, he has many years ahead of him right at the top, so he'd be worth it.

TBH I think Spurs could say "no thanks" to most figures up to £35m or so, but once you approach £40m then that's enough to make them think about it.

Spurs would say "yes" long before the bid got to £60m I think.

I don't think they'll sell unless there is a really crazy bid if qualify for the CL.... if they don't I reckon it's a massive struggle to keep him.
