That is just regurgitation of last summer's headline I suspect when the speculation was we'd sign Benzema and/or Di Maria. If Real as is likely sign Suarez I'd be happy with one of their cast off's if it's either of those two.

Whether Vela ends up back at Arsenal or not I suspect he'll be part of this summer's activity as they'll surely trigger the buy back and perhaps used as a make weight elsewhere.

Personally I'd love to see Di Maria at The Emirates.

That said if you look at who we were linked with last summer/who the bookies had us as favourites to sign etc it was all bks.

Apparently it's a internet myth! Just chatting to a coworker (a spud) now who said his mate at uni edited his wikipedia page years ago, which is still there today. And is referenced by the Guardian and the Independent in recent stories.
