Rabid Norven Munkey responds to obviously photoshopped pic of London bus - shock, horror!Take it you have read the local responses on The Hull Daily Mail (never knowingly accurate) website to the 'Victory Parade' mis-reporting.
If you were Chelsea, Man City or Liverpool I'd be very much concerned that we'd be 'smashed'. However, the best Hull can hope for is to park the bus and hope that Lee Probert exhibits his usual anti-Arsenal bias in their favour. I actually think you'd have been better off hoping that the mighty Hull Tigers weren't the recipients of a smashing themselves.... I do so hate one-sided finals
BTW - Please could you define what you class as a 'smash' so you don't try to pass a streaky Probert-assisted win off as one!

How droll, a hilarious attack on the fact I am Northern. Be it photoshopped or not, Arsenal have already written to people who live on the route that they will be parading the FA Cup in an open top bus on Sunday. Take it you have read the local responses on The Hull Daily Mail (never knowingly accurate) website to the 'Victory Parade' mis-reporting.

Regarding the Hull Daily Fail, I rarely read it when I lived in Hull, and now living in North London I have even less desire to read it.
We will see what happens on Saturday. A squeaky 1 nil win is still a victory, but not a smash. You did catch that worm on my hook though
You barely got past Wigan, lost to Birmingham in the league cup final and only made the top 4 because Man UTD had a poor season as well as Spurs. This has been our best ever season and we are lucky to be in the final, but dont count your chickes before they've hatched

Yeah we were really lucky that Spurs had a poor season....just like the last 18 years or whatever it is. And of course beat Spurs, Everton and Liverpool in earlier rounds which was clearly an extraordinarily easy route to the final. Clearly it was much easier than Hull's draw.Regarding the Hull Daily Fail, I rarely read it when I lived in Hull, and now living in North London I have even less desire to read it.

Regardless of your somewhat bitter and twisted tone I wish you well on Saturday,I think Steve Bruce comes across fantasically whenever he's interviewed.
Unfortunately we live in world now where you can just block off streets in one of the world's major cities at two hours notice and residents of those streets have to be warned in advance that they will have to move their cars and there will be restricted access during the day IF Arsenal win the FA Cup and want to celebrate. I am sure Hull have made similar preparations.
I actually resent being called bitter. I wanted arsenal to win the league this season.
If you cannot take a wind up, then maybe supporting a football club isn't for you.
If Arsenal win on Saturday, and taking my Hull City blinkers off for a moment, I believe you should and will win, I will be in this thread congratulating Arsenal.
Of course Hull City have prepared an open top bus parade, it would be seen as being negative otherwise.
You gooners are a little too easy to wind up. Chill out.

The issue your experiencing in your attempt to wind people up or have banter of you will is very simple. The written word is open to interpretation and the intention can be misconstrued as you lose valuable elements of communication such as tone and body language. If you cannot take a wind up, then maybe supporting a football club isn't for you.

Therefore different readers will interpret your words differently and may take you too seriously or take offence where perhaps none was intended.

Which is why, if banter intended use appropriate smiles to make clear or risk being shot down......it's hardly rocket science

Clichy, Toure, Nasri, Adbebayor... now Sagna? They'll have a full set soon!
I think Richards is a must, if he's available.
Definitely would want Richards, although with another RB on-loan as cover if we did get him.
I can't remember how injury-prone he is or isn't, but having not played that much he's bound to pick up a few aches and sprains.
Or, actually having typed all that, give Hector Bellerin a chance. Seems to playing well in the youth set-up.

No faith in Jenks then chaps?
I think he has a lot of potential personally.
I do too. He also has a good attitude and is a proud Arsenal fan to boot. Whenever I've seen him play he has shown good pace, has a wicked cross on him and can track back and put in a decent tackle. He's learning, and making good progress. Is he ready? Not sure TBH. It seems that when he receives the ball he gets nervous and passes short/sideways (perhaps those are his instructions). But put him into space and he's mustard. I think he has a lot of potential personally.
The makings of a good player who could one day be a great one I feel.

I really hope I'm proved wrong, but I think he'll turn into another Santos. In the sense he'll be good getting forward, play his heart out (maybe not strictly Santos then) and have a lot of enthusiasm; yet be dodgy defending.I think he has a lot of potential personally.
The main difference being he won't swap shirts with van tttrollface.
