Agreed, especially not for the first game given that we are missing Ozil and BFG.

Welsh Jesus to the rescue, think he's going to have a great season. Shearer said he's a 40million player, Don't doubt that one bit.

Terrible game though, Just couldn't find our groove at all. Pulis drilled his team well. Fed up of Sanogo, just hope he isn't another player Arsne shows blind faith too, send him out on loan and get Campbell in his position. Deserves the shot a lot more the him IMO.

I haven't seen anything to suggest Sanogo is going to make it at Arsenal. I wouldn't be shocked if another forward comes before the end of the TW.

Gibbs out tomo, and Koscielny not looking like he will play, so we're running on fumes again at defence. Mertesacker will have to come in and plug the rather sizeable hole that Koscielny has left with his dodgy achilles. Frustrating.

Well, we already know Wenger is after another centre half and there's talk of the greek lad coming in, this doesn't help tomorrow night though.

Yeah, I'm sure something will happen before the end of the window, but it's dissapointing after a productive close season so far to be in this position a few days into the new season.

Thank God that Chambers has hit the ground running.

Double edged sword that one I think! He looks born to it...and Wenger can't say enough good things about him. Bit worried Wenger's not going to buy another CB on the back of it.....

He'll bring someone in.

Sagna & Jenkinson have both gone so he needs to add a player.

Those two have been replaced....it's TV5 that needs replacing. I have a feeling though that Wenger sees Bellerin as a capable understudy for Debuchy and now view Chambers as third choice CB with Hayden/Miquel as fourth choice.

Apparently Koscielny trained with the first team, not sure if he has travelled to Turkey though.

Hmmm... if he has a niggling achilles problem then he shouldn't be playing - that's how things like that turn into big problems. Still, I'd like to think that the medical team knows best!?

Anyone have a red membership or know if it's worth it? Just bought one as I want to get to more games this season after only to a couple of games a season since 03/04 season. I'll also be going on my own half the time something I've not done before, anyone else do it?

Yup I have used it a lot over the last two or three years...probably got to go to about ten games last year. Works well for me as the midweek and evening weekend games are what I want to go to (young family). If you are organised you can get tickets for every game...I got tickets for the Bayern and Napoli games last year pretty easily but you need to be prompt...Bayern sold out in about 30 mins. A few years ago Red Member's only got leftovers and weren't guaranteed an allocation so I stopped doing it...they now guarantee I think 2,000 or 3,000 tickets are held back. I sometimes go on my own too to the evening games....but it actually works well for me as I park near the ground and it's a 10 min drive home....probably take an hour by public transport!

I think I am going to go to the Besitkas game next week.
