Heart rate just about back to normal. Must've knocked 5 years off my life yesterday mininum, we always do it the hard way! Sanchez was brilliant, he was a real handful all night, think that goal will give him the confidence now to get some more. Wilshere my MOTM, a few more game like that and critics are going to start looking very sheepish. Also thought Monreal had a very good game which is promising. Didn't think it was possobile but I think Debuchy is even more agressive then Flamini hehe signing of the season so far IMO. He really is a far better player then Sagna, and I was a huge fan of him. Brilliant stuff.

I really want to see more of Campbell though. Hopefully he'll get a shot at Lecister.

Indeed. If Gazza had made contact with that cross we'd have won Euro 96 etc etc etc

Agree with a lot that....I thought there were signs of a lot of players starting to look sharp....and the work rate was great to see, this is a team that seems to be prepared to work hard. Last year without Arteta, Ramsey and Giroud we'd not have beaten anyone....they were the irreplaceable spine of the team.

"ARSENE Wenger has reluctantly re-introduced calcium to his team’s diet after Olivier Giroud broke a tibia.

"Wenger banned calcium in 2006, forbidding Arsenal players from eating dairy products, broccoli, nuts or sardines in the belief that brittle bones make for lighter, faster players."

Some dubious links to Falcao. Talk of a £20m transfer, if that was the case it would be well worth pursing but I can't see it happening.

20m is his Loan fee for 1 year - if you think you are buying him for 20m get out of your dream laugh

If that's the case its fking ludicrous. Personally, I think he's worth between £25-£30m in a perm deal. He's 29 next Birthday, talk of £50m is just bonkers.

We don't know that is the case, it's purely press speculation as far as I'm aware?

I agree. most of it is speculation to sell column inches and make some advert revenues.

Still, worried no one will be bought to cover Giroud but then I'd love to see campbell and pod get a decent go

An accomplished DM (one who could even slot in at CD if needed) is a must. Arteta can't do that for us. I hear Song is available, even he would be a better prospect than our current options; it's not like AW has indicated that Coqueline is marked for the position.

Urgent: DM

Crucial to add a CD backup.

Cover for Giroud - not so important if we have Podolski, Walcott, Campbell, Sanchez and Coco the Clown fit, and firing on all cylinders. However, the reality is very different.
