BBC behind the times as per usual. This was reported on the transfer rumour pages on MSN over a week ago, just at the start of the International break (just before the annoucement that Ozil would be out for 3 months) as being that BM had made a £32m approach to Arsenal for Ozil which Wenger apparently rejected.

Just don't see this. Turned down Fabregas for £25mil in the summer because of Ozil, JW and Ramsey etc. He's now going to sell Ozil and buy Draxler for £10mil than he could have had Fabregas for ?

Doubt its AW's decision , as he said he was building the team around Ozil and Fabregas would ruin that plan , but maybe Ozil has had enough after all he gets a lot of flack

What we need is a couple of our band of attacking midfielders to put their hands up and make themselves nailed on starters.

Ozil's injured but when you have Cazorla, Alexis, Walcott, The Ox, Poldi (given up on him TBH) we shoudl be scoring goals much easier than we are.
