So presume the rest of the team will be Flam, Arteta, Santi, Rambo, Alexis and Welbeck. Should be good enough for 3 points!

Hoisted from FB:

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes strikers from Europe have gone a bit soft and a lack of street football is to blame.
"When football is more formalised, it's less about developing your individual skill and fighting attitude. We've lost that a bit," says Wenger.
"Maybe it's because in Europe street football has gone. If you go back 30 or 40 years in England, life was tougher.
"We're much more protective and have all become a bit softer.
"In street football when you're 10-years-old, you want to play with 15-year-olds. Then you have to prove you're good, you have to fight and win impossible balls."

need a step change in performance today.....we should win this easily if we're going to push on this season.

Any kind of a win would do at this stage of the game! 3rd place if we can bag a goal in the last 25 mins.....

Finally. Sanchez again - what a player that lad is.

4th place for the moment then. Not bad considering some of the performances and results (no idea how I worked out 3rd place in my last post).

Impressive game stats too...32 shots, 13 on target (not so good admittedly!), 18 corners and only 5 fouls! Oh and 68% possessionsmile

yes

He really is in a different class, some of the stuff he did today was eek

The 360 deg spin with the ball around the Burnley defender was just unreal. He just wants he ball all time, and runs his heart out to.

Welbeck had a good enough game again, and so did the Ox. Everyone else was a bit flat tbh, and given where Burnley are and their record so far, we made bloody heavy work of it tbh. Quite why Wenger started with two holding MF players was baffling to most of us, again given the opposition.

Poldi's rocket left foot shot against the bar almost broke the goal posts! That is some left foot he has smile Such a shame he's likely to have to leave to get more game time.

Sanchez proving to be the bargain of the summer.

Bloody hell he's a bit special, can't help but giggle like a school girl every time he does something outrageous with the ball, he's worth my season ticket fee alone! If you ever get the chance to watch him warm up do so, some of the things he can do is ridiculous.

Just watched the replay on Sky, Alexis really is on another planet to the rest of the team, simply amazing energy levels and skills. Had to laugh at Podolski nearly demolishing the upright with his volley, dont think ive ever seen a goalpost move that much from a shot. laugh

I'd like to see Podders feature more. I think he's trying to prove a point. hehe

Yeah, of all the players struggling to get much time at the time mo (Rosicky, Campbell etc,), he looks like he deserves a crack of the whip to me. That left foot is as good as anyone else in the world.

Love this clip

That's probably beyond the ability of 95% of professional players!
