I'm sure Wenger's financial accumen as a result of having a degree in economics is the reason the board have kept faith with him, as opposed to almost 10 years of trophy-less results prior to last season which would have seen many a not so astute manager being shown the door by most other club boards way before then.

He made my blood boil when I heard him say in a news conference that he should be judged at the end of the season. I'm judging him on the last 10 seasons and on that basis.......bye, bye!!40 opportunities to win silverware in that time and only 1 trophy to show for it.
