New fitness bloke has already departed.......
http://www.arsenal.com/first-team/coaching-staff/shad-forsythe

Still there according to Aresnal.....
It was mentioned on MOTD by the commentator after Walnut scored his hatrick against WBA, and went over to hug the physio staff, that Forsythe had taken on a new job (can't remember where, but commentator did say) and was leaving at the end of the season.
Its Declan Lynch thats going to Bath Rugby, not Shad.
Aah......OK redface

I already have a pretty low opinion of him as a person (good player) but he really is a prize idiot, why could he not just celebrate a great victory rather than chastise another team, who didn't even play that game?

When I went to see Arsenal play Liverpool a couple of months back I was amazed to hear that at least 50% of the chants were about Tottenham.

Didn't Ray Parlour do the exact same thing which was broadcast live? He even managed to use the word !

I did mention this yesterday but was told that i should be worrying about things more important.

Think i'd be pretty annoyed if one of our team did this for the world to see.

Apparent Arsenal have given him a warning according to Sky sports & so they should . Really is just no need .

Indeed, good to see he's apologised to all concerned.

I know. Would have been so much better coming from Jack Wilshere.

You do have more important things to worry about. The direction your club is going in should be of greater concern than what Jack Wilshere has to say.

While you're busy taking the moral high ground I might remind you it was your 'supporters' who have previously used the most vile abuse towards Arsene Wenger by calling him a Paedophile. I can't remember that behaviour being condemned by your club or supporters?

Our club is doing OK, thank you very much. The future is bright.

As a Spurs fan, I've always admired Arsenal Football Cub as an old school, classy outfit. One that upholds all that is good in the game. One that is refreshingly divorced from the brash, ignorant and confrontational aspects of the modern game.

I am surprised that the crass and childish outburst by Wiltshire is being defended on here. He demeans Arsenal FC and should be condemned by anyone who cares for the future of the game. Whatever club he or she supports.

Claiming that others do similar is no defence whatsoever.

He did it last year, why the uproar now?

Every club has their morons for supporters but you don't really expect it from a high profile England international would you ?

Or is this the norm these days, are we expected to see the pro's whip up bad feelings between rival fans ? Arsenal FC seem to agree with me by finning the little cabbie hating prick.

Good day to you sir.

Because that's the second year running that he's done it, thus proving he doesn't learn from his lessons?

Not that it REALLY bothers me as a non-Arsenal fan but if one of my team's players did it, I'd cringle like hell.

This bright future you speak of. Is that bright in a Liberal Democrat kind of way?

You all have been doing.
Instead of saying "Yes, he should grow up" you have all been defending and deflecting like two bit politicians.
To answer your rather lame attempt at deflection: If a Spurs player announced in public over a microphone that Arsene Wenge was a paedophile, I would cringe with embarrassment. If he did it a second time I would want him out of the club. I don't want our club to become another Chelsea or Millwall.

Yes it's not great to hear from a leading pro/role model but swearing is unfortunately something that as a parent you have to expect if you want to take your kid to a game. I ummed and erred about taking my six year old son to his first game this season because of the swearing....luckily I went for the Liverpool game which was probably the best performance of the season in the PL at home so the mood was very good biggrin

If you don't want your kid to be exposed to swearing don't take them to watch football and in fact if you're really concerned about role models for your kids take them to watch cricket or rugby. The behaviour of 99% of professional players is not something you really want to see from your kids diving/swearing at the referee/professional fouls etc etc. In the context of what we see week in week out on MoTD Wilshere's drunken celebrations (which would probably only have been seen by Arsenal fans if the media hadn't made such a meal of it) weren't really that bad IMHO.
