Feyenoord fans tribute to a terminally ill man
Discussion
A terminally ill Feyenoord fan was given a big surprise when he turned up to watch thier first training session of the new season (it's a tradition there, and fans turn up in numbers).
Rooie Marck was told he had terminal cancer and only had days to live, and his dying wish was to see Feyenoord again. Sadly he died only three days after the event, but he will have taken some wonderful memories with him.
Footy fans get a bad press much of the time - this shows the flip side. Watch the video and watch out for dust in your eye....

Just superb.
My old man went through similar a week before cancer got him. Stevenage gave us a box for 12 to watch a game versus Northampton and players came up at half time (those not involved in the match) and at full time to thank him for his support. Couldn't thank the players enough for that.
