Another even less Prem related one - Ancelotti @ Real. I'd be feeling mildly nervy if I were him. Losing at home to Atleti (and being a bit st to boot) isn't the done thing, especially on the back of only beating newly promoted Elche thanks to a 93rd minute pen of fairly seriously crooked stock.

Chris Hughton at my club Norwich isn't looking too secure. Last week he was 20/1, just had a look on Paddy Power and now down to 9/2 to get the boot.

Wouldn't surprise me if they've signed their own death warrant sacking Hughton. Handful of games left seems spiteful to me. They'd have done better to sack Ricky Van Wolfsknob & replace him with someone who can actually score a goal or two.

Agreed, unless something was very wrong (outside of some ropey results). Youth team coach brought in, difficult run-in IIRC, lack of goals. Likely gone now.

Guys, take a look on some of the NCFC forums. Hughton's time has been up for months. He should've gone around Xmas/January.

Results have been poor and the players have to take responability for that too, granted, but Hughtons tactics have been non existent at times. He rarely makes influential subs or changes. The assistants have seemed pretty clueless as well.

Neil Adams has done a very good job with the youth team, and has been connected to the club for the best part of 20 years. He'll know the first team well.

We basically have a must win game against Fulham on Saturday, and then the last 4 games are Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal. I still thought, even with Hughton in charge we could've gotten a point or 3 out of the last 4 games, and I still think we will, it's gonna a very uncomfortable end to the season whatever happens though.

Perhaps he should and maybe the temporary chap does know the players. However, he's not the manager and the players he knows are not the kids he manages. Somewhat more difficult to get a team of underperforming prima-donnas to do the business when they know your not the gaffer, have somewhat limited experience and they can probably leave and join an equivalent if you do go down.Only multiplied when you have about a month to do the necessary.
You might stay up, might not, but if the former, I suspect that will be as much down to luck and others rubbishness as anything else.

Roberto Di Matteo from Chelsea - in his last PL game lost 2-1 to Albion in November 2012, though he was sacked 4 days later after a champions league defeat

Add Hughton to that list! West Brom seem to be the team to beat if you want to keep your job!!!
