I don't deny that he is a very good manager, especially galvanising players. It is the person I don't like. Makes no odds to me personally, if he went to Man U it would stengthen them as much as it would weaken Chelsea.

I doubt Man Utd appeals to Martinez at the moment, especially after the way Moyes was treated by the fans etc. When he was with us he turned down Villa (who were in a better position than us at the time) and also couldn't come to an agreement with Liverpool. I think he's happy with European football next season (possibly even Champions League). I'd say it's been easier to improve on what Everton have already got rather than fix and rebuild a team/club like Man Utd.I just don't buy into the idea that a 'mega manager' is the answer there right now.
