Just finished watching Ryan Giggs: A United Life. Was on SS1 last night, worth a watch.

Also has anyone read Rio's book? They were talking about it on R2 this morning. The excerpts basically hinted at what we suspected, Moyes prepped the team not to lose rather than to win, shattered Chicharitos confidence and messed with the lads pre match meals etc.

It's a bit late for all this though isn't it - if Ferdinand generally was not happy with stuff, he should have spoken up to the press instead of doing his usual Twitter rubbish and leaking bits and pieces ... he must have known his days were numbered - contract up etc - so it's not as though he was going to be around long!

Messed with their pre-match meals - my heart bleeds biggrin

I think it's nailed on that Ronnie will be back home next season, provided we make ECL.
I doubt Sporting could afford him tbh, There were reports of Roman Abramovich preparing a £500k a week package for his services. That's a lot of money.

Arsenal fans were convinced that Fabregas was going to come "home" - what they didn't expect was that he was going to trade up and get himself a bigger and better home.
No, the reality was Arsne told him to do one. Nice try though.

The U21's beat Sunderland 4-0 tonight. Hat trick from Januzaj, Shaw and Pereria (sp) also got some minutes under their belts.

Shaft Rooney and Van Persie cause he scores more than both combined and that covers the wages.

We're vocal from staff and players that we need the fear factor back. Teams would fking st themselves about the counter attack with Ronaldo, Falcao and Di Maria.

Not a chance that teams would come to Old Trafford and have a go at us like they have for the last few years. Much more like QPR-style performances.

Just upgraded two junior tickets for next home game and was told can only do that twice in one season now. Normally I'd upgrade for all the big games. Anyone know anything more about this?

Yeah, was told the same. Also told though that the club will use discretion if applying to upgrade any midweek fixtures as kids can't always make the games due to school etc. The two game rule will apply to weekend matches. There's demand for the family stand tickets and the club don't want to see the discounted tickets being abused.

Always upgrade the kids tickets for the big games so the lads get a day out. Pain in the rear now, you'd think they liked the extra income.
