Blind has been excellent ,Neville is just hyper critical especially of United,he thinks being so critical validates his opinion in the eyes of other club supporters, regardless of if he is talking bks.nevilles criticism would be fine if he acknowledged the good stuff on blind rather than just focus on a negative.
Blind is very intelligent (watch carraghers analysis of him vs chelsea) ,and this is the first time since scholes retired that our midfield hasn't been overrun or outclassed ,and a large part of that is due to blind.

Anyone else going to O.T. On Tuesday night? Only sold 15,000 tickets apparently so atmosphere's going to be a bit crap.

I don't think Neville feels he has to ingratiate himself with supporters of other clubs. Everybody knows where his allegiance lies (same as Carragher) but I don't think he's been excessively critical of Utd this season, he's just told it as it is. Blind is pretty unspectacular as a player for me, maybe he just does his job effectively without grabbing the attention, which is what any club would want. Not every signing is going to have the crowd off their seats.

But I don't think Neville is wrong with his criticism.

I was toying with the idea until I saw the price of the tickets.

Absolutely insane. The amount of injuries we have now just makes me laugh.

As for the friendly, the price of tickets also makes me laugh. No thanks. hehe

£40 behind the goals, minimum of £65 I think in the North stand.

I was thinking about going Tuesday. £40 isn't that bad though to see Ronaldo v Messi.

That's if they play though, it's only a friendly.

The email I received off United said "Messi, Ronaldo, Di Maria, Aguero.....................are all some of the players that might play"

Dog is unlikely to make arsenal match as well,he dislocated his finger for Spain.

Even by our formidable injury record over the last 4 years ,this is taking it to a new level.

Yeah - I'm taking my lad in the hope that Ronnie and Messi show up. Will be more pissed off for my lad than for me if they don't.

I really hope they do for the sake of people who have bought tickets. 'If' they all play it could be a great match, regardless of the price of the tickets they are still great players, and it'll be great for people to watch them live.

If they realise it's going to be a low turnout and drop the price of the tickets tomorrow, I'll probably go.

Lindergaard as well, had a cracking pre season, would have featured in a few games.

the bad news is ,we're not even top of the injury leAgue ,Everton are above us,although this is only temporary ,we will be back to our rightful place in the next few weeks.
