That would be brilliant!

Turning attention to the upcoming weekend - I see CFC v M City being a draw, United to win and Southampton lose, placing us third and only 5 points behind City...
Is the nurse running late tonight ?
Not so ridiculous a prediction huh? biggrin

What old self? Almost nobody had seen him play more than a few games before he came to Utd, and he was appraised largely on the basis of a Youtube clip of his best goals. The level of punditry in this country is embarrassing. I imagine that he has always been a good, but not great, player with a lot of sharpness and aggression; now that he is a bit older and a bit injured, he's lost what made him better than average.
? Saw him play a couple of times in spain ,where he looked fantastic and watched enough spanish football on tv here to think he was one of the very best strikers in the world. So stop getting your knickers in a twist.

Has he? or is he just not quite clicking yet with a midfield & a strike partner (or three) he's hardly played with?

I like him as a player, great movement, works hard, knows the way back to his own penalty area and he's clearly hungry.

....and he's not a diving, cheating tt either from what I've seen so far.

Hope we keep him, looks like a proper United player to me.
correct,he's playing well ,but has no service, his movement was excellent the other day,but players were not reading it or delivering the quality for him and LVG has to forget playing rvp, falcao and rooney in the same time, they dont click and rooney is wasted in cm ,it has to be 2 of the 3 .

I like him too. He looks sharp and fast but things aren't quite clicking for him but when they do...

RvP is still fantastic though!

Today I think, there are rumours he's stuck in it though.

Looks like Lingard on loan to Derby

Well, I'm making the pilgramage tonight. I hope LVG a fields a strong team.
I still have the scars from 0-3 vs York City!

I'm having a sneaky quid on a MU win.

So will LVG put a full strength team out tonight, or will he just pack the bench ?

He put out a full strength team (less Rooney) at The Abbey, I don't imagine that'll change too much...

Anyway, I'd settle for not getting gubbed. And spending the profit from this cup run on our toilets, naturally cool

Not really; struggling is what people are doing justifying Falcao.

He is basically saying he is not for sale and will not be going anywhere

He is right though someone would pay it as what they would earn in revenue from him being at their club would probably dwarf it....
