Is anyone trying to watch it on the BT Sport website? I can't login and it won't play on the mobile app either. Bit miffed tbh!

United were good enough without blowing our socks off. OT was half full of youngsters which raised the noise levels nicely.
Fellaini was in the middle of everything. RVP looked unfit and Wazza sat back too much.
Quite why Herrara didn't start I don't know. Blnd looked solid.
I've been to too many of these cup ties against lower league team where United have not raised their tempo. Last night they did.
All in all. Good enough.

Yeah, it wasn't bad.

Rooney's passing was very poor, though - against a better side, he would have got us into trouble a fair bit with his shanked Hollywood passes.

Fellaini is beyond awful and shouldn't be in the side, but LVG seems to want his big stupid babies, so that ship has sailed.

Herrera must be looking around thinking "Are you kidding? I'm being kept out of the side by a striker, a frail little boy and a mountainous donkey!"

So much space in front of your defence a good team would surely exploit this easily?

Would we play the same way against strong opposition as we did against League Two Cambridge United, Sye?

No idea, dont watch you often enough - it was a point I was making to see if this is normal? Blind didnt seem to offer much cover and I thought that was his role?

I saw it differently. The shackles of keep ball seemed to be lifted and the players appeared to be trying a little more creativity. There were lots of back heels and flicks that you wouldn't normally see. I got the impression the misplaced passing and such was a result of this (not in all cases of course)

True, but still the third best defensive record , and since that game united have the best defensive record.
