Agree about Shaw - absolutely no confidence on the ball or when they're running at him. An extended spell in the reserves might do him a lot of good.

Shaw looks st. DB is pure class. Much better pace to the game today.
He's not great no but at least he know's where he's playing. Someone needs to explain to Valencia he's playing Right-Back, not right Wing.

I don't think Di Maria playing in front of him is helping Valencia. Di Maria is awful at tracking back. He has to take some of the blame for the goal as he just stood there and made no attempt to cover the man on his own at the back (Monreal).

He's just failed to follow Monreal again. Surely he is quick enough and fit enough to cover their left back?

At 16 million Shaw would've been a bad buy, at 32 he's just atrocious. Get him fked off.

Can't be too harsh on him, he's only a kid. Once he gets used to the new system (like everyone else) plus gets his confidence back, he should be back to his form of 18 months ago.

We hope.

Anyway, off now for Jones and Carrick on for Herrera, presume theres an niggle or an injury there because he's looked pretty good tonight.

Glad it was Welbeck, should have strided over to LVG and given him a thumbs up.

Standard United, bunch of idiots.

Great save by De Gea, he is the best United player by a mile.
