As an observation, the dare to dream posts seem to have evaporated on the dippers ToS like so much 99p stores cologne.

Anyway, MOTD2 now. Goody gumdrops.
I popped in to see if it was fairdinkum.

Maybe it's the same reality in where Soldado bangs them in for fun.

Sadly the points total is just papering over the cracks when you give so many points away to your CL/Title rivals and do better against the dross

Not sure how you post Gifs but here is that slip that might have cost Liverpool the title

THe more I look at it, the more it looks like he'd completely fked up and slipped over deliberately to use that as an excuse for his cock up

biglaugh Never! It was the result of full scale, body temperature dropping, red alert panic.

I really hope that doesn't cost them the league. Hopefully Suarez will bite the ref or something.

I genuinely feel sorry for the lad. He's one of the last of a dying bleed. I'd have him on my team any day of the week. If this is seen as costing them the title, he'll be scarred for life.

True enough. I think Gerrard, along with Scholes, are the two players I most admire from my lifetime as a football fan and I also feel bad for him.
I don't, however, feel that bad for the poor poor fans who have been giving it such a massive one for the past couple of months.

I think it'll always be remembered fondly, like the John Terry penalty slip.

yes

Technically it's not quite over so you never know what might happen. Never give up until the last kick on the last day of the season.
