Would even go as far to say you'll finish above Liverpool and Everton as things stand. At least you'll have good attacking football to look forward too.
We have finished in front of Liverpool in 4 of the last 5 seasons and we pretty much always finish above Everton. So i don't see that as a barometer. I think our target has to be top 4 how can it be anything else given that every manager that finishes 5th gets the sack?
Me, I'm just hoping for some good football and a chance or more in one of the cups.

Hard to disagree with any of that to be fair. He's conducted the business well as the balance sheet will attest to, but his football knowledge is toilet. The Metro is a free London Underground freebie paper that is handed out to commuters ,the most interesting thing about this paper is that it the has the pages stapled together, they do this so that it's harder for the wind to blow it down the Tunnels ,
Same Family as the Mail & Evening Standard , the goons have been beaten, by Monaco, Chelsea have also lost, So I assume they have had this bunkum in reserve for such a sad day in football reporting ,

I must admit I agree with you; it's a rag wholly penned by amateur bloggers with a hidden agenda.Same Family as the Mail & Evening Standard , the goons have been beaten, by Monaco, Chelsea have also lost, So I assume they have had this bunkum in reserve for such a sad day in football reporting ,
The numberwang of articles...had the Lot.
Sir Alex rekindling a sleeping giant - Check
Sir Bill Nic - Check
Hiring and firing - check
My particular favourite is - "halcyon days"
It then ends with - Glenn Hoddle, a man so mental that he has his psychic along for the ride at a world cup final..
I am not Levy's greatest fan, I think he's a business man 90% and a football enthusiast for maybe 10...Maybe that IS how clubs should be run but it leaves very little for the fans - the ones that pay to go and see the games...I think he's hasty, irrational and has a massive ego - but what successful person doesn't.
However I think he's in the wrong line of business and should be in the City rather than running a football club. He has however, taken us from the dark, dark days of Scholar (delisting from the LSE) and worst of all, that spiv Sugar and for that I'll be grateful, if (again) not his biggest fan. I do think that once the stadium is done and dusted you won't see him again at Spurs, as they'll have achieved their goal of adding value to realise a profit.
