He's unstoppable in front of goal.

He's no Rickie Lambert though.

Based on what one has observed on ITV4 this evening, one cannot envisage a successful Spud season.

Hope not to have perturbed you too much.

Define 'successful' based on a friendly.

Impressed with Dier, Naughton was better than expected too. Kane has a long way to go to get a start.

I presume, based on that one game in the States, United will do the double this season? Friendlies don't prove or disprove anything; I thought Spuds looked pretty slick tonight.

Interesting choices, all targets that Spurs haven't achieved for a bit. One of any of those would be a great success in my opinion.
The Europa is a toughie, the Champs League also runs dropping in like an unwelcome jehovahs witness!

Not concerned about top 4 anymore, would love to do it via Europa. As soon as clubs know their place the better.

The more clubs that challenge the top four the better it'll be.
Is this next season the last where the Europa League winners get a place in the CL? It's a damned good prize to aim for.

Yup this is the season where Euro-joker actually matters, add one deserving team into the CL, remove one scottish/polish team that stands no chance of progressing.

Taken verbatim from a popular Spurs FB group, interesting...

'Swansea City are in the st with FIFA, as Utrecht have reported them for the transfer of Michel Vorm. Utrecht let him go for a paltry £1.5m a couple of seasons ago with a 30% sell-on clause riding in the transfer deal.
As part of the Ben Davies/Gylfi Sigurdsson deal, Swansea have booked his transfer as a Free and have told Utrecht to go suck on it.
Naughty. Won't effect us, but amusing nonetheless.'
