Liverpool have always paid huge wages, a fact they are all keen to pretend isn't the case. The wage roll figures speak for themselves.

Yep we used to offer stupidly high wages - something FSG have tried to cut out and offer very incentivised wages - more goal bonuses, win bonuses etc

As for Sturridge on 150k a week - if he played more he would deserve it, the only issue with him is we dont have him on the pitch enough - he has scored 35 in 54

Also BCM , its not a flat 150k a week he is on, be more like 100k with incentives to get to 150k (which he wont hit when out injured )

What's ridicu;ous is how poor the scoring rate of strikers is in the Prem.

Kane has a good record but it's being judged against a very poor field.

I'm only quoting what i read on the Liverpool thread the other day, you must be right though because you seem to know exactly what the players are earning & it's always lower that what the other peeps say.

We have more players earning 60-90k but less players earning 150k

Johnson soon be off - 120k
Gerrard - 180k

They also shifted out high earners like
Agger
Reina etc

Replaced with younger and lower wages
