Who would you want to stay though?

Bentaleb, Lloris, Kane, Erikson and Rose for me. Not arsed about the rest.

MP will bring his own players in so they'll be a lot going hopefully.

If someone offered a decent price for Eriksen I'd take it. He's a good player with fantastic technical ability but he goes missing in too many big games and sometimes I feel he doesn't really fit in perfectly. The same sort of problem Siggurdsson had although not to the same extent.

Chadli has got to stay too, 10 goals and numerous assists.

Yep, he only went off the boil when his Dad died (as you'd expect)

I think it's brilliant - they've fully embraced 'Operation Seventh'.

I mean, it must have been really difficult to look that st all game yesterday. Top acting...
Problem is to avoid Spursday football.

Should Arsenal win the FA Cup and finish in the top four, their Europa League place will be allocated to the next highest club in the Premier League that has not yet qualified for the tournament, rather than to the beaten finalists.

Chelsea having won the Cap One cup that place goes to 6th. So if your arch rivals win the cup, you need to aim for eighth.biggrin

On current form, we're golden.

Just need to make sure Southampton and Swansea do their bit.

Would you not rather win the Europa than the Fa Cup and have some nice potential away trips with the lads in a nice city on the beers??

Id take Europa over Fa Cup anyday, especially considering winning it is worth about 40/50m

Finishing one place higher in the league pays more than winning the Europa cup. I think i'd take the FA cup TBH.

Everton & West ham are both up for the "fair play" spot in the Europa but that would mean their season starts on 2nd of july.

Theres nothing wrong with the winning of this cup it's just the set up that needs addressing.

Personally i can't see the problem in sending the reserves & fringe players on these jaunts & leave the first team at home.

I welcome the Europa league as it means i get to see my team play more often.

Winning the Europas gives you 40/50m - surely that is more attractive than winning the FA CUP ??

It's not the Europa Cup that's bad per se, it's just the impact it has on a club with our size and quality of squad having to play the extra games on stupid Thursday nights, which then throws all the other fixtures out.

It seems to have more impact to everything else than the Champions League without the financial rewards or kudos.

Look how certain teams have recently done that have been top 6, gone through a rocky patch and then only had league and normal cup games - they've had completely different seasons, all for the better.

I think i'd rather see our players on a bus holding a big shiny silver thing than look at Enic's bank statement.

Far more prestige to win the FA Cup, than the 'Not quite good enough to be in the other cup' cup.

I am not quite sure the prestige of the FA CUP is where it was
Lets be honest its about trying to win cups and making as much money as you can - winning Europa gives you a much better chance of being more successful as the money paid to you for winning it gives you the opportunity to attract better players

our wager at the beginning of the season that Liverpool wouldn't make top 4.
