I cannot believe it. The FA Cup semi final is not on the tv today!! That is disgusting!! Wouldve been different if Chelsea etc had of been in the semi today!! Just because it's Hull City v Sheffield United, they don't show it.

Big let down

it's on BT sport.

if you have BT Broadband you can watch it for free - the real travesty is having it up against Liverpool, City and Chelsea.

The pay TV argument was won and lost years ago.

If Arsenal can manage to finish 4th. Otherwise, not so much.

I'm pretty sure they will manage that, though who says we cannot beat Arsenal?

a more pertinent question is why are the semi finals at Wembley - has contributed to the devaluing of the FA cup and omits two of the highlights of the football season, playing a big game at a neutral venue...

gone are the days of villa park '99 Giggs...

Not true. The television rights were divvied up long before the participating teams were known.

ITV would have had first choice as to which match to screen. They chose the one which would potentially give them the highest viewing figures. i.e. the Arsenal match.

Yes, true, but had it been the 4 top teams in the cup semis, 2 of them would still not have made it on to the telly. And had it been 4 lower league teams, then 2 of them would have.
