You havent addressed my comment of: There is a difference between a bad job and a being unpopular. Is Sam really THAT bad? For ages WHU were languashing between 16th-19th and now you are 12th. An improvement in form, which shows in your current position.
I havent stated which team I support, so I dont know how you deduce that I have a "big team mentality", but for the record, you have never finished higher than 5th since the Premiership began (http://www.westhamunited-mad.co.uk/league_history/west_ham_united/index.shtml), and with this current team (and the points available), finishing around 10th is very respectable for WHU considering your position at the start of the campaign.

Depends on your definition of doing a bad job. At WH we like to see good football and that has been sadly lacking. I was talking about this season - perhaps I didn't make that clear, but mathematically, you cant finish hire than 8th.
