Jackson Martinez I'd take. The others, I think it would be buying a name for the sake of buying a name. Mandzuckic at 22m EUR would have been a good shout, but Atletico got in there early whilst we were still brown nosing Sanchez.

When I watched him last season I thought on the whole his weaknesses were his shooting and stamina. Had a lovely eye for a pass and was much stronger than he looked. He'll only get better.I hope he continues to get better and better as he would end up world class in 2-3 years.
Think if we play 4312 he'll be rotated in the hole position with Lallana. We have plenty of midfield options this season.

My impression so far of the pre season games is that we are trying to see which of the youngsters are going to 'make it'.
