Phil Chisnall - 1964

I was born in 1970, so even before my time..

Owen went from us to RM and Newcastle and then to Utd
Paul Ince went the other way via Inter

Any other players that have played for both teams? I cannot think of any

Cie, who is the bloke in gif you posted in response to the joke?

I recognise him but can't place him.

It's bugging me.

20 - Daniel Sturridge’s goals won Liverpool 20 points in 2013/14; more than any other player for their side in the Premier League. Vital.

How many of those were set up by or involved Suarez in the lead up?

Honestly I rate him. Think he's been brilliant for us but he's not enough on his own. Lambert is too slow to be of any use alongside Sturridge or even rotate with him hence why we went for Remy.

We're at risk of doing a Spurs if there isn't a decent striker brought in. 2 weeks till the start of the season and still nothing here. Worrying.

It's not a dig, it's before I was born as well. Remember, the worst thing to do is react to banter. You'll learn that in the top year! wink

Peter Beardsley was unsuccessful at Utd before going transatlantic to Vancouver Whitecaps then returning to the 1st Division (or some perm thereof?)

Not sure what you mean by that?

Rodgers has also come out and said he wants a striker?

Scored 25 last year - 6 involved Suarez

Dont really see that being an issue, between Lallana, Sterling, Coutinho and Markovic he will get enough chances....

Issue with DS is keeping him fit

We 100% need a striker though to keep him on his toes, knowing he is first choice wont help us.

It's called pessimism.

RT would be delighted if we scored 43 goals next season so he could come in and say,'I told you so'.
