£16m plus add-ons based on success would be my guess. Looks a very good prospect based on the clips I have seen so far.

Now just move Borini on and sign up a decent, proven striker that will complement Sturridge. The quality of the striker that is bought I believe will ultimately determine our season.

It's called pessimism.

RT would be delighted if we scored 43 goals next season so he could come in and say,'I told you so'.

I'd have wasted thousands of pounds going week in week out and be very miserable if that was the case. We have fought hard to get back to the top tier. Its not worth risking it by not bringing in a top striker. Especially when we have the funds.

This is very true. I don't see reason to be pessimistic just yet. No-one knows how the new players will gel, or really knows who we have on our radar for the striker slot. I trust BR and the club to have targeted and signed the right players which gives us a fighting chance of at least top 4. Any club would miss someone like Suarez but we've lost huge players before and coped.
