How many of those 13 last season were penalties? I'm sure he came with a reputation for taking them.

Full back? I thought we'd just agreed the deal for Moreno and a 2 year loan deal for Manquillo? I've been real busy last few days so maybe they're not official yet?

Agree on the striker front. I imagine all the prices are going up by the day now clubs know how desperate we are!
If we've got a deal deal done for Moreno that's excellent, care to point me in the direction of the story please? I won't be getting excited just yet by a loan deal for Manquillo.

Striker it is then.

Thought I'd seen a news story that we'd agreed a £16m deal with Moreno, but all the articles I can find now are a bit loose on confirmations! I'd expect the Moreno deal to be completed by the start of the season though.

Looks like Balo is on like donkey kong.

Balotelli to Liverpool is done for € 20 million

Raiola is with the Reds, Galliani ready to sell it

August 3, 2014

Mario Balotelli Liverpool : the deal is hot and you can close. As revealed by our Paul Bargiggi to , Mino Raiola is already dealing with the employment of the Reds cosmodrome. A Galliani has not arrived yet an official offer from England, but in recent days the price of the attacker crashed: now the Rossoneri are willing to sell it for 18-20 million euro. Money to be reinvested for Cerci, but beware of Monaco.

The lack of offers and the desire to get rid of it, in spite of the percentages Galliani ("Stay with us, 99.999%), have much lower for the listing of the card. Inzaghi wants to be an outsider and need the money from the sale of Balo. Lavezzi remains a dream, while the track Cerci is more feasible. must hurry because there is to beat the competition of Monaco which has a nice treasure to invest: Cairo will sell to the highest bidder, despite the good relationship with the environment Rossoneri.

So the Reds have identified Supermario a replacement for Suarez, went to Barcelona. From parts of Anfiel Road, however, do not want to follies 18-20 million Euros is the right price for the deal. Then we must hold gold Balo to bring it back to the Premier. Also a snub to Manchester City.

Balotelli @ 20 million is a really good buy for you. He's guaranteed to give you at least six or maybe even seven good games before he loses interest. yes

Rodgers will struggle to handle a huge personality like Balotelli,

I would however like to see him back in the English game.

Really? He handled Suarez pretty well imo and got a hell of a lot out of him last season.

Suarez was a petty, small minded, vicious little thug. On the other hand, Balotelli is an ego maniac with a persecution problem and abandonment issues which make him sabotage any attempts to settle down.

Two completely different types of nutter.

With Daniel Sturridge having flown home for treatment to a hamstring injury, Lambert is the Reds’ only senior frontman for the final. Rodgers admits that illustrates the pressing need to bring in more firepower ahead of the Premier League campaign getting underway.

“Yes. Getting another striker in is crucial for us,” he said.
