Which is pretty much a given considering his background but none the less he will bring plenty of attention and he will no doubt play some stunning football along the way too so I think we should enjoy it for as long as it lasts and one thing is for sure I don't think any of us will end up forgetting the impact he will have made good or bad.

i'm not sure if balotelli is going to be a good signing. remember when he did all the bad stuff in england before? he is ok at kicking the ball around but his attitude is silly if you ask me!

Suarez' biting was a behavioural issue and worked out pretty well. I don't think we can start being hypocritical about behaviour given we have form now in tolerating it.

All that matters is he scores goal in this day and age.

Well as the Guardian piece states, he will be on half his Milan salary with bonuses for performance and behaviour, then Mario is making a commitment and statement at the same time. If Peters can whisper at him too, this could well be the signing of the summer!

Seems that we're also likely to get Eto as well.

All in all if we manage to sell a couple more Borini for example in the next couple of days I think we'll have had an excellent transfer window.

If what Balotelli's agent says is true, that negotiations have been on-going for three months, that pre-dates the sale of Suarez.

I am surprised they are going for Eto'o but he does bring a lot of experience, goals and is relatively cheap. Origi will be his natural replacement next season so maybe not a bad move.

Just heard on Skysports News, Kaveh Solekol says that rumours of Eto'o is wide of the mark and that he was just a backup option in case Balotelli deal falls through.

If anyone can manage them all competing for places it will be Rodgers.
