I know it's early days still but we have 3 weak players in this team. Mignolet, Johnson and Allen. Mignolet is an average keeper at best as evidenced least not on that third goal. Johnson and Allen have been spoken about many times. I would be tempted to put in sneaky bid for Cech (seriously). We have cover already for Johnson - hopefully he will get injured as BR is the only person who simply cannot see how ste he truly is. Brings abolsutely nothing but lazy limp performances for Liverpool time and again. Allen, as someone has mentioned tonight, is invisible most games. At best, Mignolet is replaced and Johnson is injured. Allen can be benched and make occasional appearances. We may then have a chance of getting into the top 3. Right now, I's say we's be scrapping for fourth.

To many mistakes and not clinical enough at the home of the champions !

Some of what I have read on here though would make me think they have been all over us!! Nothing has come off in the final 3rd today, very similar to first game !!
Not picking up runners is something we really need to work on

I refuse to panic. I think we are seeing the true city here. The city that should have battered the crap out of everyone last season.
We will be fine, still rearranging with the new players.

Yep, whilst I would like to be able to argue the score line flatters City we have played some good stuff, but an excellent City have been clinical.

Allen and Johnson really should not be starting

Positives - markovic and Can look good and get on, Rickie gets off the mark but why didn't he whack that second one?

It's a disappointing night for sure - they just look so strong.
