Judging by what I've seen of our tactics so far I think Fat Sam would have finished top 4 if he had Suarez in his team last season. Coutinho is playing far too deep and Sterling is wasted out wide with a centre forward that doesn't like to run much. The less said about Lallana so far the better.

Very obvious we need to change tactics. To what is anyone's guess. We have 3 players on the pitch who would all prefer to play no 10. Crazy

Lallana has done nothing as far as I can tell. Coutinho has been gash I'm afraid, continuing his form this season. Balo not really looking dangerous. We are missing Studge.

Lallana is obviously recovering from injury but didn't he cover the most yards of any player last season? I'm not seeing that player at all at the moment. When he's on the ball he looks dangerous.

Why is BR not changing the formation and bringing some fresh legs on. Can't go on like this.

Borini will hopefully play a bit higher up to give Ballo a bit more space & less defensive attention with Stirling at the diamond tip, Lucas out on the right.

Feel sorry for Borini - when he had that header saved just after coming on, Tyldesley said it was Gerrard... rolleyes

I don't think I've ever seen a professional footballer who is as terrified with the ball at his feet as Sakho is!

Balotelli seems happier to win free kicks than actual challenges
