Great entertainment today. The game was crazy too.

Seems Rodgers picks a better watch than he does footballers.

A decent 3 points today.

He has played 7 games, has 2 yellow cards and 1 goal. Hasn't impressed at all with him being a striker. Who knows what will happen when he partners up with Sturridge. He might play a bit better but watching him now he is awful.
Past 20 games in the premier league. 2.36% conversion rate.

At least Rodgers in his post-match interview said Liverpool did not deserve to win and we are no way near the level we expect. That for me somewhat softens the sadness at the overall performances this season.

Righto, gonna put on my flack jacket here.... For both Og's the final pass was for Ballo waiting to tap the ball into an empty net. Just saying....small margins !!!
Spot on - Mario was waiting to pounce, however it was likely to go wide or high biggrin
Yep perhaps the small margins was being a bit nice.... Still though, 2 goals today he'd have been a hero. As bad as he is, let's be honest if I took as many shots as him I'd score and odd 'world class' screamer too... I'm afraid he is not looking like a good signing, and a daft booking also.
Ps criticising the life out of Mario here, but how bad are we,at the back? Would cowardly be a bit harsh ?

I do expect Lovren to come good. He is still settling in at a big club. Mario on the other hand, has been there and will always remain sh!te. Mario has a 1 outfield goals for every 5 league games he has played played in his PL career. He has played 6 league games so far for us, so don't expect another goal for at least another 4 games.

Former England defender Danny Mills at the Britannia Stadium.

"Wilfried Bony is the difference in this game at the moment, he is holding up the ball and bringing his Swansea teammates into things."

Just saying.

Balotelli is as bad as the defence right now.
Defence is awful this season. Was awful last season only it was masked by Suarez's ability to score stloads of goals.

Last season 100 goals for, 50 against.
This season?

Rodgers' inability to get together a organised and brilliant defence or the players? How much time does our back 4 have to have to gel?
I say back 4, today we had Enrique and Johnson either side of Skrtel and Lovren. On Wednesday it will be Johnson and Moreno. When do they get time to gel together if it is switched up all the time?

Ah well, we are joint 4th laugh How! hehe

Why in the world did Rodgers not sign a world class defensive coach over the summer? Surely that would have been his best signing? I said it over the summer transfer window, our defence is in serious need of coaching. Carragher's analysis earlier on this season was spot on. You could bring in someone like Carragher or Hyppia - someone who has the knowledge and knowhow on how to defend and to defend as a unit. Yet Rodgers sticks to his same backroom staff that trained these players to ship in 50 goals. Smacks of stupidity IMHO.

He thought Lovren would cure it all silly

Did you watch the game? Bony played very well. Scorelines do not reflect the quality of a player.

I always feel that, injuries permitting, the back four should be the same every game to give them time to gel. Rotate the rest of the team.

The watch, the teeth, the resident table in San Carlo, the new mrs, the keep fit regime all indicate our Bren is a bit star struck. If you like the polar opposite of Shanks and Paisley .

Once he wins summat or at least gains consistency he can ponce around all he likes but some feel he is like the apprentice player who gets a contract and buys a 458 - certainly I do.

Nothing against him I just wish he would not be so Chelsea
