I think, unfortunately, RT hit the nail on the head with Balotelli, he's an Italian Andy Carroll. He'll be fine in a team set up to play to his strengths, and whilst BR set up our team to play to Suarez (and Sturridges) strengths I think we should now find someone who can fit the team, not try and bend the team to work with Balotelli.
