My last away Champions League tie was Athens in 2007, really looking forward to this weekend, though I fear we'll get a bit of a hammering.

That interview - He'll be here next season. Gerrard and Balotelli.
No way Gerrard would go to City and definitely not to Chelsea, not that they would have him. Who else can challenge for the title that the article writer is alluding to?
A shame he hasn't won the premier league but that's life. He won't go somewhere else just to be a bit part player and win the league that way.

Steven Gerrard interview. He says he won't be retiring at the end of season however his future may lie elsewhere if no Liverpool contract is forthcoming:

I think we need to change the way we play SG. He can't play every game, so I don't think he should be playing in that pivotal position any more and basing our entire shape around accommodating him, he hasn't really got the legs for it week in week out. Give that role to Henderson or Lucas, and have Gerrard further forward doing some damage either for an hour or as an impact sub.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-...
If a contract renewal is not forthcoming I can't see him staying in England, I think he'd go to Milan or something.
