PH in "discussion unable to be kept civil" shocker.

Is it impossible to show a little class in discussions these days?

Remind me who we were playing again? Henderson has a decent "engine" and scores the occasional goal, but not much more.
Point proven, you really haven't got a clue, have you? Thick as pig st.
You are Roy Hodgson and I claim my £5

That's not the same thing at all. England fans don't normally sing anti IRA songs when playing Spain or Lithuania or whoever.

Just seen tonight's team? Did Roy pick positions out of a hat? Rooney and Phil Jones in midfield and Walcott upfront? Can we not keep a standard formation and pick players who play in those positions for their club?

What is the point in trying these silly formations and positions out? When it comes to a competitive game they wouldn't play in these positions so why bother in a friendly?

Incoming 6 subs and Phil Jones up front for the second half.

It's mental. Play Phil Jones for 50mins in centre midfield when he doesn't play there and then move him to centre half???? Carrick has been sat on the bench, comes on and we look a million times better. After tonight I wonder how much Marsh reckons Kane is worth?? 90million?

I actually feel sorry for Rooney having to play alongside his talent-free team mates.

He's on good company isn't he, as he's not exactly oozing talent himself!

Well he plays with Smalling and Jones every day so you'd think he'd be used to it!

Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised that given a clear one-on-one Rooney comes up with nothing more inventive than to smack it against the goalie's legs. laugh

Advertising boards - why in Italy are the advertising boards showing Pukka Pies, home insurance, Avon tyres..

Surely Italian TV are also showing this, and the advertising board are pointless to them? I could understand the boards in Wembley showing the UK specific ads...
