Iceland are far more positive and competitive and the moment. They are out-muscling and more importantly out-thinking England
There're Brexiteers in NE England who could out think them... #political.

We're kind of supporting Iceland here now.

England really are not very good at all

That Icelandic chant is pretty intimidating isn't it....? Dead cool too.

It's powerful.

We need to counter it with the England band. They're impressive in a very understated way...

England's primadonnas look decidedly second best.

Embarrassing so far.

This performance by this shower of ste is up there with the ste that Turnip Taylor used to preside over. Our game really has not progressed in the last 25 years. Shameful. I mean Iceland for fk's sakes.

England is the only team I have ever seen, in any league or any form of competition, where the players literally stop with the ball, look up, roll it six inches forward with their studs, look up again, roll it forward a bit more, then shuffle off the responsibility by passing it either aimlessly or backwards. The lack of control on receiving a pass is still horribly absent. They seem to need at least two touches to bring the ball under any sort of control.

If Hart is the best keeper we have at present, the others must be truly st. England have had 4 goals scored against them this tournament and he's been at fault for 3.

Sterling has fallen over twice. Fortunately once was in Iceland's box.

Great cross from Sturridge but I reckon I could beat him for pace. Decent volley from Kane but feck all else from him.

Alli is perfect at finding dead ends.

We look as likely to concede as score. I can see us going out here. Against Iceland.

Two draws (one against the worst team in the tournament), one win and a loss against a country with 320k people would not mean we've progressed much since the World Cup.

ste.

Never understood why historically there has been a disprortionate amount of spuds in the England set up and team and or the management. It's not as if they showed themselves to be a true top top club is it? perhaps there is an afinity between the FA and the spuds beyond football that gifts them the favour.
