Why are they staying on the pitch? Do they expect sympathy or something?
Scared to go in the media room probably.

Best fact I learned is that Iceland have nearly the exact same population as Croydon.

Well done iceland.

I gave up watching international football a good number of years ago because england are so useless and an embarrassment to our country. I wouldnt mind if we were poor but tried but i honestly feel a second rate pub football team could keep up.

Pathetic.

I did, however, see the end of this game as it was on in the pub but am i right in thinking we drew against russia, just scraped a win against wales, drew with slovakia and lost against iceland? Is that pur record?

I have read about our fans rioting too.

Thats just a disgrace!!!

Well done Iceland, thoroughly deserved.

England utterly pathetic from day one in the tournament.

Nothing will change though.

Brilliant to see the underdog win. Where do England go from here... other than the plane of shame. Feckit, make them walk home.
Pretty simple.

Iceland will go home to a heroes welcome regardless.

Our boys will go home to an empty Luton airport and most of them will carry on picking up £100k a week.

Of course Hodgson needs to go, but does anyone seriously expect a new manager to do much better with the st players that we have?

Iceland is a great place to visit by the way, really friendly people. They deserved to win.
Yep, was there a couple of years back, great place to visit. Actually, I wouldn't mind living there right now! smile

Woy should quit duwing the after match interview. Anything else is an insult.

Iceland wanted it more. Fully deserved.

Shocking

What a joke performance.
Our Premier league "superstars" beaten by one of the smallest nations in football.
Don't worry though lads you will soon be getting your fat pay cheques from the overrated, overhyped Premier league.

Hodgson isn't the problem. How many managers have we had? Our players play the same under all of them.

We lucked our way through the group stages and then showed our true inability tonight.

Hodgson has to go. If he had any decency, he'd announce his resignation at the post match interview

They are a lovely team and great supporters

No bad news off the pitch either, unlike us earlier.

I will be supporting them on all the way.

Even as a stoic England fan that was garbage. Worst tournament defeat ever and no progress since last world cup.
