They put their hand on the club badge when the score In the league but not on their countries badge when the anthem is being sung.
Watch any - ANY other team during their anthems and it isn't like this.
Sadly, this has long been a problem with the England football team, especially in the past decade or so. Any 'passion' they supposedly have really isn't about the representation of their country, probably more likely a self-representation aspect. Again, though, its something the management/coaching staff should be addressing (if they even care either)

I know plenty of people with tattoos who are more professional than you probably are... and probably a nicer, more interesting person, too!
