Morning all

E31Shrew gets top points with 17 and Spanna is still top of the league.

MrMagoo has failed to predict 4 weeks in a row without contacting me so will no longer be taking part, I'll be looking for a replacement this week.

No game this week due to Internationals, next set of results need to be in by 3rd April at midnight.

Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur
Chelsea v Stoke City
Crystal Palace v Manchester City
Everton v Southampton

That must mean there's a winner for this month.

I can feel my lead slowly being eaten into again after I got it back cry

There is indeed a monthly winner.

Including the replayed QPR Spurs game.

The Winner is GarryDK with 42 points

Spanna was just behind with 41.

Fix! hehe

I didn't think I'd done that well this month actually.

Next year I am considering adding in the champions league to the fold.

I need to decide to run it as we do the FA cup or a completely seperate thread.

I would start it from the group stage and make it a similar fashion,

8 groups of 4. top 2 go through. everyone predicts that weeks fixtures in a verses situation.

when the knock outs start the same will apply for us. with it reducing in teams until it gets to the last 2.

What does everyone think.

Is that you volunteering to run it for another season? hehe

Plus another competition?

I think you're a glutton for punishment.... but i'd be in!

hehe

Additionally, I'd like to see one for the Championship, League One and League Two too.

Thanks Garry, we really appreciate all of this... clap

Good work! Perhaps the Champions League competition should only be for those who finish, say, in the top 16 of the league? That way you have to qualify to take part and win the (no doubt huge and kindly donated by PH) prize.

On second thoughts, looking at my league position, maybe not. frown

GarryDK - Firstly, thankyou for doing a great job on the Predictathon this year. It truly is appreciated by me and all of us on here as it's clear that it takes a lot of effort.

Secondly, this is the best thread in the footie forum where banter is banter and doesn't get personal and for that reason alone should carry on and thankyou for volunteering for 2015/16.

As for a European Champions league... why not!!! I'll be in the US timezone as of 2 weeks time, but hoping to get my mojo back and predict some correct results.

This thread gives me interest in all of the premier league games and I like the fact you can have banter on here which is taken in the right way... long may it continue and your contribution is exceptional

Thanks for all your hard work, Garry!
I think the Champions league would be a great idea, but I'll need a late season charge to make the top 16 hehe
